Full Burst RPG —BrownDust2.
We’ve noticed unusual activity with some accounts, including suspicious creations and gameplay. As a result, we’ve taken action on those accounts. See below for more information.
We are announcing disciplinary action taken on October 23, 2025, at 2:00 UTC. This action is due to the creation and use of abnormal accounts. As a result, 6,938,198 accounts have been permanently restricted. We will not be listing the specific accounts affected, but users with restricted accounts will see a notification explaining the reason and status when they try to log in.
Okay, so if I need to file an appeal, here’s the deal. I’ve got from October 23rd to November 21st, 2025 – a full 30 days – to do it. I need to send it through the in-game customer support, using the 1:1 inquiry feature. When I write my message, the subject line needs to be ‘[Appeal] BrownDust2’. And in the body, I have to include my in-game nickname and then explain what I’m appealing about. Simple enough, right?
If I’m ever confused about something in the game, or if there are any rules I don’t quite get, I know I can hit up customer support and they’ll help me out.
Please note that sanctioned accounts are excluded from all rankings.
Creating and using multiple accounts unfairly impacts players who follow the rules, so we’ll continue to take strong action against this behavior. We may issue further penalties without warning if violations continue. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer support team.
We will do our best to create a fair and healthy gaming environment.
Thank you.
