The first-ever fan creation contest for the RPG is now open! We’re excited to see your creativity – submissions are welcome in any form, including fan art, music, comics, and videos. This is a great opportunity to win prizes and get recognized for your talent! We can’t wait to see what you create.

We’re looking for creative fan works based on BrownDust2! Here’s what you can submit:

* Fanart: Any illustrations, character designs (including chibi-style), emojis, figures, cosplay, or handmade creations featuring BrownDust2.
* Video: Original videos over 10 seconds long, like MikuMikuDance animations, memes, gameplay walkthroughs/analysis, Anime Music Videos, or other original content.
* Comics: Four-panel or longer comics with both artwork and dialogue.
* Fiction: Original stories (at least 14,000 characters) inspired by BrownDust2’s world, characters, and story.
* Music: Covers, performances, or remixes using BrownDust2’s soundtrack. Submissions must be at least 60 seconds long (audio or video).
* Costume Design & Cutscene Effect: Design a new costume and create a cutscene for a character not currently in BrownDust2. Submit the costume as an image and the cutscene as an animated image or video.

Important: All submissions must be related to BrownDust2! You can find the instrumental versions of the songs to use for music submissions here.

Here’s how to enter the contest:

Step 1: Create something inspired by BrownDust2, based on the categories mentioned earlier.

Step 2: Share your creation on YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or Pixiv. Be sure to include all three hashtags: #BrownDust2Contest2025 #BrownDustCreator #BrownDust2. Please note: Submissions on any other platforms won’t be accepted.

Step 3: Fill out and submit the official entry form using the link provided below. You *must* complete the form to be considered an official participant!

Here’s the schedule for the submission process: Submissions will be accepted from August 18th to September 30th, 2025. Judging will take place in October 2025, and the results will be announced in November 2025 – the exact date will be confirmed later.

To participate, you must be a legal adult according to the laws of your country. This applies to everyone, whether you’re a seasoned creator or just starting out. Please double-check your local laws to ensure you meet the age requirements!

5. Prizes

✩ Except for the participation prize, prizes cannot be won more than once per person.

Here are the official rules for this contest. The BrownDust2 development team (referred to as “Organizers”) will select all winning entries. Any personal information you provide will only be used for contest-related purposes, like verifying your entry, delivering prizes, and answering questions, and will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By submitting your information, you agree to this policy.

Submissions must be related to BrownDust2. We won’t consider anything irrelevant, including ads or links to other sites. You can only submit each creation once. If you delete your submission or set it to private before the winners are announced, you’ll be disqualified.

This contest is global, and all entries will be judged together. Prizes apply to all platforms. All work must be original; plagiarism, copyright infringement, or using someone else’s content without permission is not allowed. If you use references, please clearly state them.

We reserve the right to revoke prizes and disqualify entries found to have plagiarized, violated copyright, or broken any rules. All entries must follow the BrownDust2 Derivative Work Guidelines. Any use of AI-generated content will result in disqualification.

If multiple people submit the same entry, only one prize will be awarded. Submissions from previous contests are not eligible. Prize money will be paid to accounts using the winner’s legal name via bank transfer only.

During judging, we may collect publicly available information about your submission and account. After the winners are announced, your nickname and creation title may be shared publicly. Submissions with inappropriate content (political, religious, offensive, etc.) or anything that harms BrownDust2’s reputation will be disqualified.

You retain copyright of your submitted work, but by submitting, you grant us permission to use it for contest management, judging, announcements, and promoting BrownDust2 on social media, our website, and at events. Submitting an entry doesn’t guarantee you’ll win.

If we can’t contact a winner within one month of the results announcement, the prize may be forfeited. We may change these rules if necessary. By participating, you agree to all terms and conditions. The BrownDust2 team has the final say on interpreting these rules.
