A fresh face has been announced for the upcoming blockbuster film, “The Hunger Games: Sunrise at the Reaping” – it’s Kelvin Harrison Jr.! According to Variety and initially reported by InSneider, he will portray the character of Beetee in this exciting new addition to the series.
Harrison’s professional journey has been truly extraordinary. Born in New Orleans in 1994, he began his acting career with supporting roles in movies such as Ender’s Game and 12 Years a Slave, according to Wikipedia.
The actor delivered a stunning portrayal in It Comes at Night, which brought him recognition. He further garnered fame for his roles in Luce and Waves. Additionally, you might have seen him in movies such as Elvis, Chevalier, The Trial of the Chicago 7, and he lent his voice to Taka in Mufasa: The Lion King.
Furthermore, Harrison has been honored with a Screen Actors Guild Award for his role in The Trial of the Chicago 7, as well as a Hollywood Critics Association Film Award for Waves.
