I’m letting you know that we have confirmed an issue on July 17th. For further details, kindly check out the information provided below.

1. Problem: When the ‘Show Costume Preview’ option is enabled with a tired character in the party, some companion portraits might overlap with the tired character’s portrait.
– Issue: Overlapping of companion portraits with the tired character’s portrait occurs when ‘Show Costume Preview’ is on.

2. Problem: Tapping the “Go to” button in the Help menu for [2nd Anniversary Lucky Draw / Prestige Skin Lucky Draw] opens a blank package menu page. (This happens because the package’s sales period has ended, so the blank menu display is intentional.)
– Issue: The “Go to” button in the Help menu for [2nd Anniversary Lucky Draw / Prestige Skin Lucky Draw] leads to a blank package menu page due to the sales period ending.

3. Problem: Using exploration in Story Pack 18’s Cocytus Dark Temple can occasionally cause the first attempt to freeze.
– Issue: The first attempt may freeze when using exploration in Story Pack 18’s Cocytus Dark Temple within the Cocytus Dark Temple.

4. Problem: The bottom of the [Gear] tab under [Companions] is cut off in the PC Client.
– Issue: A portion of the [Gear] tab under [Companions] is missing in the PC Client.

5. Problem: An error pop-up appears when attempting to place a searched character using [View Costume] > [Character Search].
– Issue: An error message shows up when trying to put a found character via [View Costume] > [Character Search].

6. Problem: When repeatedly tapping the add character button while editing a preset ([Companions] > [Preset] > [Edit Preset]), companion portraits are displayed multiple times in the gear management section.
– Issue: Multiple instances of companion portraits appear in the gear management section when repeatedly tapping the add character button during preset editing ([Companions] > [Preset] > [Edit Preset]).

7. Problem: An issue where UR-exclusive gear for 3-star and 4-star characters is being automatically locked.
– Issue: Automatic locking of UR-exclusive gear occurs for 3-star and 4-star characters.
